It was a great week in the garden this week! We celebrated the end of the Harding Buller Foundation of Worthington grant and bid a fond (but hopefully not permanent) farewell to Christine Hawks. We started working on some projects for our Spring Sale, and we developed a prototype for our winter sowing project. In accordance with the Mason Act of Last Tuesday, the students did not move any compost this week, but rather formed a union. Monica moved as much of the compost as she could off the grass, and we will move the rest in accordance with the new union regulations (i.e., Vick’s Vapo- Rub to minimize the smell.) In addition, the stamp version of this year’s logo arrived, and it looks fantastic. Monday’s weather looks ugly, so we will stay inside and work on our sale project and start sorting seeds. Join us!
