It is going to be a great year in the garden this year! Phyte Club officially starts on Monday, Aug 25th after school. We will meet in the Big Room at 3:15 for a short meeting and then go out to work in the garden until 4:15. Since school let out in May, we have harvested more than 200 pounds of produce and donated over 150 pounds of it to the Worthington Resource Pantry. What we haven't donated gets used in school activities or saved for seed. We have broken ground on our Native Food Forest and are working to add biodiversity to the labyrinth and the Ohio Natives gardens. On Monday, we will replant the southwest beds for a late fall harvest, build grow-bubbles, and prepare the soil for our food forest. Find out more at linworthschoolcommunitygarden.org.
Anyone in the Linworth community is welcome to join us! You don't need to sign up ahead of time. Just show up at Phyte Club and we will get you started!

If you look closely at the image above, you can watch the soul as it leaves the body of each Linworth student. They shovel load after load after load of pure, 100% Zoo Brew...
The freshmen didn't ask for this... but we did. Sorry not sorry freshmen.
